HP awarded MERLION

The American company HP has awarded the Russia's largest broadline distributor MERLION for achievements in the supply of printers and personal devices. By the end of 2014, MERLION was named a partner which showed the highest increase in sales of PPS (printers and personal solutions). The respective award (“Fastest Growing HP PPS Distribution Partner in Commercial Computing FY14 Russia”) was the first of its kind in the list of MERLION’s numerous vendor prizes.

It will be recalled that MERLION and HP signed a distribution agreement for the supply of laptops (included in the PPS segment) in April 2005. A little later, in August of the same year, an agreement was signed for the distribution of inkjet and laser printers, scanners and MFPs.

Currently, HP is in the TOP 3 among 450 brands in MERLION portfolio.
