The leading Asian developer of complex IT solutions for enterprise IT infrastructures recruits Russia’s largest distributor company in a bid to become one of the main suppliers of DBMS and web application servers.
The leading Russian distributor MERLION and Korea’s top enterprise software vendor TmaxSoft signed a distribution agreement of far-ranging importance.
TmaxSoft, founded in 1997 in South Korea, is focused on developing and deploying enterprise software solutions. Starting out with a few successful products such as web application server JEUS, DBMS TIBERO, development platform ProFrame, migration solution OpenFrame, TmaxSoft managed to quickly become a global supplier of enterprise-scale solutions. The company is rapidly growing outside its home country. In South Korea, TmaxSoft has topped the list of DBMS and web application server developers since 2003, keeping ahead of the international giants of IT.
TmaxSoft came to the Russian market in 2013 and has every intention to enter the top five suppliers of complex enterprise-level solutions in the country. This made its partnership with MERLION, a vastly networked distributor connected to system integrators, particularly important.
