MERLION signed a distribution contract with ABBYY

MERLION, the largest Russian broadline distributor and one of the leaders in VAD-distribution, has signed a contract with ABBYY - a leading global developer of solutions in the field of information intelligent processing and linguistics. MERLION portfolio has been added with corporate solutions from ABBYY.

ABBYY has been operating on the information management market for more than 20 years, and today it is a leader in the field of stream input of documents and data in Russia (according to IDC data). The solutions of ABBYY for information intelligent processing have become an integral part of ECM and ERP markets, text-based analytics and search and allow working not only with structured but also with unstructured data. In particular, ABBYY products created on the basis of Compreno semantic technology allow companies to analyze and to extract information, to classify documents and to expand opportunities of corporate search systems at a totally new level. ABBYY customers are thousands of Russian and international companies from banking, power, oil and gas, telecommunication and other industries and from the public sector as well.
