New products in the MERLIN range: Alcatel smartphones

MERLION’s product portfolio has been supplemented with new products – Alcatel mobile devices. As the company’s official distributor, MERLION sells mobile phones, smartphones of the Pixi, POP series, flagship IDOL models, accessories thereto and smartwatches in Russia. All these devices are already available at MERLION. Alcatel tablet computers are expected to arrive at the distributor’s warehouse in the nearest future, as well.

The Alcatel brand is owned by the TCL Communication international holding, which is involved in creating, developing and selling a wide range of mobile devices under the Alcatel brand in more than 170 countries of the world. All the Alcatel equipment is developed from scratch – this is ensured by six R&D centers in China and Europe, as well as a design office in Italy. Manufacture is organized at the company’s own production facility, which is China’s largest. Based on the knowledge of local markets and total control over production processes, from the initial to the final stage, TCL Communication provides users with Alcatel innovative, multifunctional, high-performance mobile devices.

The “Mobile Telephony” commodity group is having the leading place in MERLION'S activities and is one of the key priorities; therefore, the partnership between MERLION and Alcatel is undoubtedly very promising. For the MERLION's partners, the status of an official Alcatel distributor means guaranteed availability of the manufacturer’s products at the warehouse, timely shipments, including those from 7 regional warehouses, marketing support, as well as service support (the company’s own service center in Moscow provides the partners with warranty service, whereas end users have at their disposal about 300 service centers all over Russia, including 80 outlets of the “Chain of IT Clinics”).
