«Chain of IT clinics» - the new service company in the Russian market

Company MERLION, the leading Russian distributor of computer and digital technical equipment, declares start of the new project - creation of a chain of the service centers of federal scale.

The new chain is created on the basis of working partners MERLION on service and will develop on franchising system. The project has received the name «Chain of IT clinics». As the project leader appoints Gleb Semenov, director on service and manufacture of MERLION.

In the concept of a chain has lain the idea of professional qualitative service of the computer equipment comparable with work of professional doctors under the responsibility of performance and client orientated approach.

The basic purposes of the project - satisfaction of requirement of a growing audience of the Russian users of computer technical equipment in the centralized qualitative service and increase of availability of services. IT Clinics will be focused on service of ready IТ-products: the personal computer, laptops, printers, uninterruptible power supply, acoustic systems, etc.

 Key difference of IT Clinics is a wide spectrum of authorizations in the most popular IТ-products on the Russian market (DELL, HP, Ippon, iRU, Jetbalance, Powercom and others), high qualification of service engineers, federal scope.

For the first time on the Russian market the uniform centralized granting additional services will be entered: diagnostics, installation computer software, adjustment and repair of the equipment. This innovation will provide a transparency of services and pricings for clients of Clinics.

All branches of a chain will have uniform standards of registration of premises and servicing, a set of authorizations on warranty service, the list of given services and information space (www.itclinic.ru). For clients of Clinic will support the fresh anti-virus bases, new versions of the popular software and means of diagnostics.

In all branches of a chain will be introduced the uniform technology of business dealing and system of improvement of professional skill of the personnel.

For today first three IT Clinics have already begun work in the cities of Angarsks, Tver and Naberezhnye Chelny.It is planned to open 20 clinics in 20 cities of Russia up to the end of current year. 100 more clinics across all Russia will be started within 2008.

Gleb Semenov, the project leader of «Chain of IT clinics» Was born on March 4, 1977 in Moscow. He has finished the Moscow State Aviation Institute, the department «Systems of the automated designing». In 1995 he began the career at the Moscow representation of company Hewlett-Packard and has passed a way from the engineer up to the manager of the program of service partnership. In 2005 he  has headed a service department in Russian representation  of Canon. He works in company MERLION as a director on service and manufacture since 2006.
