Rostelecom-DPC and Merlion Sign a Partnership Agreement

Rostelecom-DPC and Merlion have signed a partnership agreement. Under the agreement, Merlion plans to promote the ESMP service automation platform. The enterprise-level platform allows you to create a full-fledged service management system for a large geographically distributed company. As part of the distribution agreement, Merlion plans to distribute and implement modules of the ITSM platform in accordance with the customers' needs.

ESMP consists of five modules: a client portal, a general service manager, a reporting module, a module for creating digital assistants, and a linguistic self-learning module to optimize the message processing process. Each module can be integrated with any system and fit into any IT landscape. The resources of the new partner will make it possible not only to quickly deploy demonstration stands for customers but also to increase your own expertise for further independent implementation of the product on the customer's infrastructure.
