Sergey Raskolov Was Appointed CEO of Merlion Group

On February 8, 2023, Sergey Raskolov replaced Dmitry Vinogradov. The latter remains in the company, where he has worked for more than 20 years, including as CEO since 2016 and president of the group of companies since 2021.

I am sure that he will manage to achieve his goals as he has proved his effectiveness as CEO multiple times in the previous period of work in the company. I think that every Merlion employee, including me, of course, is grateful to Dmitry Vinogradov for his invaluable contribution to the development of our business. He headed the company in one of the most difficult periods of its history and successfully overcame all difficulties. Moreover, he reached record-breaking financial indicators and formed the strongest team in the Russian IT distribution market. I consider Dmitry to be Merlion's best CEO and I am grateful for his huge personal contribution,” commented Alexey Abramov, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Merlion.

Sergey Raskolov was born on June 20, 1965. He graduated from the Ryazan Higher Military Command School of Communications named after Marshal M.V. Zakharov and the Academy of Entrepreneurship under the Government of Moscow in the field of e-commerce.

It was at Merlion that Sergey Raskolov made his career. In 2003, he joined the company as a sales manager and then became a regional manager. A year later, Sergey Raskolov took the position of Commercial Director at one of Merlion's structural divisions. Since January 2007, he held the position of Sales Director at Merlion. From March 2013 to December 2016 he was Merlion's CEO. In 2017, Sergey left the company and was engaged in the development of his own business project all this time.
