Clients now have access to warranty and post-warranty services for ONTEK uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), modular and component repairs, and onsite installations.
The managing company of the IT Clinics (part of the Merlion Group) signed a service agreement with ONTEK, a Russian developer and manufacturer of infrastructure equipment for IT, industry, medicine, finance, and telecommunications sectors. The agreement covers single-phase and three-phase UPS units and grants authorized service center status to 150 of the IT Clinics partners across Russia. Their clients now have access to diagnostics, warranty, and post-warranty repairs.
The IT Clinics provides services not only to individuals but also actively works with corporate clients. For them, additional services are available, including onsite servicing of ONTEK UPS devices, as well as installation services.
Service work on ONTEK UPS systems at authorized service centers is performed using both original spare parts and at the modular and component levels. The manufacturer maintains a stock of spare parts and consumables that are directly delivered to the IT Clinics warehouse, allowing repairs to be completed in the shortest possible time.
