CONTEXT announced the results of the annual online survey of ChannelWatch IT resellers. MERLION was recognized as the best for the second year in a row.
CONTEXT analytical company summed up the results of the annual study of CONTEXT ChannelWatch 2019 IT channel. MERLION is again recognized as the distributor of the year in Russia in the Retail Partner category.
CONTEXT ChannelWatch is the world's largest online survey of resellers, which each year gives an idea of the channel’s relationship with distributors based on a survey of several thousand respondents. Each survey participant calls a distributor, which it considers the best, and it is the basis for ranking in each country.
This year, the survey results are based on the opinions of more than 6,500 resellers who rated distributors according to key criteria and cast their votes for the best distributors in general. The survey took place from March to May and consisted of 25 questions. Winners were determined in five categories: Customer service, Innovation, Logistics, Retail partner, Cloud partner.
“The fact that resellers gave us their votes again suggests that MERLION, being one of the oldest IT distributors and having seemingly established relations with the partner channel, develops these relations. We listen to partners, we meet them in many ways, develop and launch new services for them - product, financial, logistics, marketing ones.
