IT Clinics - Chain of Service Centers celebrate its birthday and sum up the results of 13 years of work

IT Clinics - Chain of Service Centers, a national franchise network of service centers (MERLION project), celebrates the 13th anniversary of the project in October.

In 2020, the national network opened a new branch in Rostov-on-Don and received several professional authorizations from vendors, which allowed IT Clinics to expand the range of services offered. The signed cooperation agreements and the authorizations received include: SL Computers with the right to a full range of services for the development of custom configurations and maintenance, ViewSonic with the ability to provide a full range of services for the repair of monitors, projectors, and displays in the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic. In the middle of the year, the company received authorization from Mail.ru Group, which allowed it to carry out warranty work on Kapsula smart speakers' repair with Marusya voice assistant. In August 2020, the IT Clinics signed a cooperation agreement with Pantum. Pantum is a large international company that develops, manufactures, and markets laser printers and toner cartridges. At the moment, the company's portfolio includes more than 40 authorizations.

In the middle of the year, the average monthly number of warranty repairs performed was 15,000, while the total number (including paid ones) has long exceeded 25,000. Such volumes are performed monthly by more than 50 Computer Сlinics and 350 partners of the network.

Over more than a decade of work experience, the management company's staff has quadrupled, not counting related departments, which made it possible to optimize management processes and make the terms of the franchise more attractive for the market as a whole.

The franchise network plans to increase the presence of subdivisions in Russia and obtain new vendor authorizations.
