MERLION is the official distributor of the Digital2Speech omnichannel dialogue platform from the Russian developer BSS
As part of the new direction of project distribution development, MERLION signed a cooperation agreement with BSS, a leading developer of solutions in remote banking services, voice technologies, and information security services. There were no such decisions in the MERLION portfolio before the signing of this agreement. All BSS software products are developed in the Russian Federation, included in the Register of Russian software and registered with Rospatent.
As an official distributor, MERLION will offer its partners (first of all, system integrators) BSS solutions in the field of voice technologies. We are talking about the flagship product, the Digital2Speech omnichannel dialogue platform. This is a comprehensive Russian-made platform that can be installed in the internal loop of an organization, eliminating data leakage completely. Upon the customer's request, it is possible to implement work with the solution in the cloud.
Digital2Speech includes many different single-core modules, including speech analytics and voice biometrics modules. TTS (Text-to-Speech) is used, a predictive synthesis technology due to which minimum delay in reproducing the answer and saving up to 50% on computing power is provided. BSS technologies fully take into account the nuances of oral speech with its structure different from the written one and contains more information due to emotions, intonation, etc.
The platform allows you to serve customers through all channels, including the most natural ones for a person, speech, and text. In this case, all the advantages of omnichannel are used: you can start a dialogue in a voice channel and continue in a text chat and vice versa. Easy-to-use tools allow you to change and create new dialogue scripts quickly, without involving specialists.
BSS voice solutions are in line with the key market trends outlined by Gartner in the Cool Vendors in Speech and Natural Language report (2019). This is the use of the entire spectrum of data in natural speech, which carries more information than ordinary text. Adaptation and localization of language models, including using crowdsourcing. Support of STT (Speech-to-Text) and determination of the client's intentions by analyzing oral speech.
