Authorized partners have started providing warranty and post-warranty service for navigators, dashcams, tablets, combo devices, car radios, and other equipment from this popular Russian brand.
The managing company of the IT Clinics (part of the Merlion Group) signed a service agreement with NAVITEL, a Russian high-tech company specializing in navigation software, cartography, and intelligent monitoring systems, and a manufacturer of a wide range of automotive accessories.
Authorized partners of the IT Clinics have begun accepting the following NAVITEL-branded equipment for service: navigators, dashcams, tablets, combo devices, car radios, portable power stations, accessories, headphones, and portable power stations.
Warranty and post-warranty services include software updates, diagnostics, and repairs of any type of malfunction. If the device is unrepairable, it will be replaced with a new one. In some cases, a visit to the service center will not be necessary, and the consumer can simply return the faulty device to the store where it was purchased.
Service is also available to b2b partners (federal retail chains, retail businesses, taxi fleets, and logistics companies). For them, the range of services is expanded: companies will be able to receive quality assurance certificates and activate devices.
Alexander Fedorov, General Director of the IT Clinics, notes:
"Our collaboration with NAVITEL is very timely. At the beginning of December last year, lawmakers proposed requiring taxi fleets to equip all vehicles with dashcams that record activity inside the car. This means that demand for such devices will significantly increase, which will subsequently lead to a greater need for service. Our team, together with NAVITEL, will actively work with all authorized partners to enhance their competencies and provide them with original spare parts and components."
