Merlion and CESCA Announce Distribution Agreement

Merlion and CESCA,an IT integrator and developer of systems, hardware and software systems and solutions for business process optimization, business scaling, announced the signing of a distribution agreement.

The collaboration opens up new opportunities for both parties' development in the context of increasing demand for domestic IT products for industrial enterprises, including IIoT solutions. As per the roadmap approved by the Government of the Russian Federation at the end of 2022, the market for domestic solutions in the field of industrial Internet amounted to 22.2 billion rubles in 2023 and is projected to reach 147.25 billion rubles by 2030, representing a growth of 6.6 times.

In 2023, most IIoT solutions were implemented in the manufacturing industry (44%), mining industry (28%), and mechanical engineering (15%). A small share was accounted for by the aviation industry and energy (5% each), as well as warehouse logistics (3%).

Merlion's distribution portfolio now includes CESCA's flagship products: ALIOT and NORTIS.
