Merlion and CSBI Have Signed a New Distribution Agreement

Merlion and CSBI (JSC Computer Systems for Business), a Russian developer of business process automation solutions, that signed an exclusive distribution agreement in October 2020, announce the renewal of cooperation and the signing of a new agreement.

In its partner channel, Merlion will continue to promote the ROOMY bots intelligent process automation platform, the only Russian solution that includes the functionality of identifying and analyzing routine operations for subsequent robotization, as well as BPM for process control. The solution has functionality comparable to global RPA vendors. The platform works 24/7 and makes no mistakes, frees employees from performing often repetitive and routine tasks, reduces the operational costs of the organization, and improves the speed and quality of employees' work by robotizing processes.
